Excellent, fair service from Advance who have just fixed my desktop computer. It was in with a suspected hard-drive fail but the diagnostics revealed a software problem that was easier and cheaper to fix. All sorted and now back up and running. Clear and honest communication throughout from the team. Would gladly recommend to others and would be happy to use them in the future.

I had a problem today with the server to our business in that it was password protected and the server was password protected and had security in place on a few different levels apparently. Since we lost contact with our last IT guy we were stuck and not able to access the server in anyway after we noticed fault had occurred. I called these guys and two security engineers called James and Tom were able to regain control of the server, although it was password protected and the files had some sort of password protection too, I was absolutely amazed. It actually took them minutes to get through the security and regain control of the system. They upgraded the security fixed the original fault.
I will call tomorrow as we are now looking for new IT support thanks so much guys!!!!!!
