Only 5 Stars!!! This guys are amazing. I couldn't sleep for days since I was getting 0 letters from bailiffs and than got a text that they sending removal team and the letter came 4 days later after text and Perry with Mary did amazing job sorting out payment plan that I can afford to pay. Giving my family protection. Thank You so much.

Very nice people work for this company however they just haven?t got a clue.Made 2 months of payments which is fine , I?m thinking money has gone to my right creditors everything will be okay until I had bailiffs sending me letters regarding parking fines which was involved in my dmp however dissolve debt passed the money to the wrong department of my local council where the fines were from ( no communication between anyone whatsoever) therefore nothing was payed off. Very confusing company to deal I thought they were helping me but realised myself I was getting more and more in trouble with my creditors now I have new full time job and have easily set up arrangements comfortably with all my creditors.Would recommend for 1 or 2 creditors but not for your heavy debts as this company will not be able to handle the pressure.However many thanks for taking my case on and good luck for the future I hopeYou do help loads of people.

Giving one because I can't give negative starsspoke to some one called Paula. not very nice spoke over me the whole time was rude. saying I said thing to a colleague when I corrected her she was very defensive and rude. saying I was arguementative all the way through the call.being passed to 4 other members of staff over the past few months. and they wonder why u ask questions as you don't know who your talking tohad 9 different mobile message me 1 text at a time and not put a name who it was messaging me. was late calling me and when they decided to call 50 minutes later I was busy at home to answer.because I didn't answer the mobile this kerning they hav e decided to cancel my plan. so much for helping people as you say. stay away from this company
