As others have said the customer service here is appalling. Particularly from the old man there. When I hand over a parcel or letter to send he doesn?t explain the different options and I have to ask and when I do he seems annoyed. I ask how long it will take for the recipient to receive and without even looking up or making any eye contact he says ?no idea?.Sorry but if you don?t enjoy your job then maybe it is time to retire and let some young ones take the helm as they?d probably have a better attitude!Better post office in Broomwood estate!

Dreadful! NEVER answer the phone EVER or get back to a left number.Huge queue for Amazon returns but QR code ?not working?. Couldn?t make an announcement, just let whole queue go through one by one. HOPELESS!

Really respectfully family run business. If you're cheaky with the father then they might kick you out of the shop. Other than that they are so very much helpful and friendly. Top lads and a asset to the village. And I don't get the negativity towards the father may it might of been your attitude towards him..... Thanks guys for allways helping me as I am dyslexic.

The worst Post Office I've been to. The customer service is terrible. The old guy serving is rude, sarcastic and ignorant for no reason. He's got a really bad attitude and just throws your letters and parcels around without any care. Shouldn't be in that job. Tries to overcharge too as other have said. The place stinks of cigarette smoke which is contaminating the products, including the sweets they sell. Don't use!!! 0 stars.

The older man continues to refuse prepaid Royal Mail labelled packages and he has become so miserable over the years when he actually used to be friendly, he claims the package has to go to the sorting office in Altrincham, if you ask the staff at the sorting office they are very aware of this and say it?s not true, they just refuse to take the package because they get no commission from it, it?s almost like the old man is trying to self sabotage the shop.

The old man has a Very poor customer service skillNo need to say he hasn't learnt to apologise even when he is in Crystal clear wrong ! (apparently its something to do with the way he has raised).his son is not too badThe other guy with the beard is the best.It's a real shame they represent the British Royal mail in this way .

Worst customer service told to pay at the post office counter for a card guy at a till had no other customers questioned about it next visit guy just shrubbed his shoulders
