Good selection and staff. Although one carpet got last year after Few months after fitting the carpet has shrunk. I lost receipt and didn't have time to go back. They have changed fitters since then as well, seems they overstretched this carpet. 1 year one more has shrink Ed from wall! It is fine in the hallway (same carpet) but the living room now has almost 1 inch along 1 wall and part of corner. Can't seem to get it fixed without buying new carpet which living on benefits doesn't help mainly as I lost the receipt. However my mum had carpets and hers were fitted by someone else and they are perfectly fine with no issues

Really pleased with direct carpets .Had them a few times now and really happy with the fitting and how nice they are in the shop . Always nice and friendly and happy to help.
