Having wanted to support local pharmacies we were so happy to find Barash when we moved to the area four years ago. However, over this time they have steadily got worse to the point where we will likely be moving pharmacy. The stock on the shelves is no existent, this extends to the behind counter medicines. They routinely do not have the medicine on wife?s repeat prescriptions, but wait until my wife goes to collect or rings to have it delivered before ordering even though this is medication she takes daily. In addition we have alway had her prescription delivered as it is very rare either my wife or myself are in a position to pick it up. This has never been a problem until recently when one specific member of the staff has tarted being aggressive and rude about this. There is just no need for this.

Work has been very badly organized for 3 years. I have been ordering medicine there every month for 6 years but for the last 3 years it is an eternal problem every month you can't call to renew the medicines when you call, they are never there to pick up medicines for a given day and time prepared And you have to wait And tragic service will never put meds as they informed me and the meds will be available for pick up. That's how it is every month Stress and nerves every month. In this month I was without meds for 3 days because they forgot to place an order with the doctor. Tragedy in this pharmacy and no responsibility.

They keep saying they haven't got the prescription and then the Dr has to be contacted. It's happened 6 times up to now and they won't be persuaded that it is there. Someone needs to organise themselves

Attended Pharmacy today for a Covid Autumn Booster. I was seen and attended to by a very nice lady whom gave me the Vaccination virtually within 5 to 10 minutes. The premises were very clean and I was treated very nicely indeed . I will undoubtedly use their services again and highly recommend them . 5 Star treatment*****

Very rude, attitude of staff is disgusting, not helpful, after 30+ yrs of using this pharmacy past few yrs they don?t seem bothered how to conduct themselves to public using their services.

Really efficient and friendly. While I was there some crank came in ranting and raving about vaccinations which must be difficult to deal with. Iam proud to live in a country that you can get a range of adult and childhood vaccinations by walking into a pharmacy at the end of the street.

It's very good .... but this is the 21st century and your Fax Machine needs updating ... because it is infuriating trying to phone whilst you are sending or receiving faxes and you can't get through ... modern fax machines are not expensive ... get with the times !!!

Outstanding service every time. Staff are always welcoming, helpful beyond the call of duty, professional at all times and the store is always clean and well presented. The Pharmacists and junior staff are always pleasant and have always been extremely helpful even throughout the pandemic and lockdowns. My friend gets their repeat medication from here but unfortunately they mess it up every time leaving them very anxious and stressed out. They appear from the outside to be a complete amateur operation and have no system or care about getting things right. One of the staff when you go in is so obnoxious and unhelpful it shows the contempt the management have for customers and staff alike. I would recommend avoiding this place unless you are desperate as there are plenty of other decent pharmacies in the area. I certainly won't go in there for anything and would rather pay more elsewhere just to avoid them.
