the people in this chemist are rude unhelpful my medication had been on the shelf for over 2 weeks i have to keep ringing them to ask them for delivery . Ken the delivery driver is so kind and helpful. i wouldnt recommend this chemist to anybody

I went for a covid booster shot. It was dark, and raining heavily, so I have no information on parking, etc. Also I did not look around the place, so I am unable to answer queries on stocks or prices, etc.

Arrived on a Saturday morning to routinely collect prescription. Sign on the door restricting occupancy to 4, (though 5 already in). I waited, easily, 10 minutes outside until my turn to enter the shop. This was a warm day and the temperature in the branch was equally warm with no exchange of air, no extractors, just momentary ventilation when the front door was opened as customers entered or left and because processing collection of customer's prescriptions was so labouriously slow, standing in that stale, humid environment felt like an eternity - trapped !! This was just the ideal environment that the medical fraternity suggests Covid is so easily transmitted. Raised the issue with staff, to an apathetic, dismissive, zero eye contact, response. I should have felt as safe as in a doctors waiting room, but not so. Picked up "script" and could not wait to leave.......Moving my meds to Asda in Pilsworth - 2 jabs or not, would prefer not to be infected !!

I've used this pharmacy on a regular basis for 10 years plus the pharmacist and sales assistants, used to go above and beyond a customers expectations sadly these have all left. I can honestly say over the last 6mths its gone rapidly down hill, on many occasions I've seen one member of staff thinking she can talk to customers anyway she likes. So rude she's beyond belief very unprofessional and no customer service skills whatsoever, she's obviously getting away with her behaviour as I've never seen a pharmacist raise an eyebrow to the way she speaks to people. Customers can be left stood at the counter 5 mins plus before someone might acknowledge you if your lucky. The phones ringing constantly with no one bothering to answer it, No regular pharmacist prescription are on the last minute having to chase up even though they've been sent by the doctors well on time.

Very poor service, they don?t answer the phone and actually hang up when you try to ring more than once. So I just walked up as no one was answering the phone to be told they had lost my prescription, didn?t know where they?d put it but it was MY fault because I had apparently come in too early ????? Didn?t know you needed an appointment to pick up a prescription that the GP had sent over the day previously. Oh but they were gracious to tell me that I seeing as I had turned up ?early? I could sit and wait until they found the prescription their member of staff had misplaced. What a joke

Staff are extremely friendly professional and polite however never have everything in stock so you always need to order in advance or be prepared to keep returning
