Oh i do wish i could give zero stars. Same complaint with the rest of the review. I was attended to by the same man who told me to look through the pile. I refused point blank.He was so rude, refused to look for my parcel as i was not comfortable looking through other peoples stuff. (GDPR reasons). He eventually found one and said the second one was lost, i found it myself.I will be returning though to collect more parcel so i can teach him more etiquettes as i know he probably doesn?t care about getting customer complaints.

Went to pick a parcel up and was pointed to the pile of parcels next to the counter to go and look for it myself . No help at all from the cashier, wouldnt scan my barcode to double check, or he didnt look if it had been moved to somewere else. Was ignored when said it wasnt there and didnt seem to care or help to find out were it could be. Just shrug of shoulders even though i showed him my confirmation email to say was there. No customer service skills and didnt want to do his job properly

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Rude Asian male who speak to you like dirt. Tried to collect yodel.parcel and has me rummaging through the piles as he has no idea where it is.Then talks in another language on his phone all the time to others. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.....RUDE RUDE MEN

Absolutely shocking customer service by a Asian man called sahli I think. He's rude. Obnoxious, looks down his nose. Refused to give me my parcel. He's absolutely horrible. A few times I've had to deal with him he's told me collecting and sending parcels is very inconvenient for him. Made me bag it all up. He's awful. I will never return. He should be sacked

Asked to pay up front as they apparently have an issue with people leaving without paying. I paid £20 up front, my bike only needed £17 to fill. Did they refund the £3? No, of course they kept it.

I went to drop off a Yodel parcel today, and the customer service representative asked me to move the car before taking any parcel, so I said my apologies and moved the car, and yet I noticed that no vehicles have been waiting for fuel or in line - I don't understand why he wants me to move the car - it will only take two seconds to scan my parcel - I investigated about the complaint procedure, and he said he didn't know the owner or the complaint procedure - ignore me - I though BP having a team to for training \\\"I like to see some good smiley face \\\"Specially on morning to make my day better - Such bad experience from BP Garage -

Its BP, so the fact that it's stupidly expensive and the cashier is rude is a given. However, today we hit a new low when the cashier refused to hand over a parcel even when we had the correct QR code and ID that matched the label. Apparently the 25 year old computer said \\\"no\\\", which means he gets to keep the parcel. No doubt we will see that being sold on the shelves shortly. Hopefully BP and the like will cease to exist in the near future. Horrific experience.

Tried to go in and pay money into my Monzo account which can be done at any Pay Point. The attendant gave me a dirty look and said we do not do that here. If you have Pay Point then surely you do as the Monzo website says it can be done. Extremely rude staff, will not be using this station again as I often do for fuel and car facilities.\\n\\nVisited on 22/5/21 at 1815\\n\\nNo one has answered me as they said they would do in the reply below. Has the shop attendant been held accountable on the above date at the above time? Are they going to be trained on how to use the Pay Point system in future?

garage allsorts of broken windows,stickers on them and carding to me looked purposley put up !!. could not see cashier when handing him my debit card,very worrying and i also handed to him my nectar card. on arriving home checked receipt no points given.do they issue nectar points ?... your response please.
