I tried to book euros online, through my account and the exchange rate was 1.1428 ,I tried to pay by card and cash, I couldn't do it so went to the office, completed the exchange through my account, asked if it was the same rate, i was told yes i get the enhanced rate, when I checked later I got 1.1182, was told its because I went to the office, should have pointed that out to me, not happy
