The local branch staff are friendly, helpful and available by phone. A proper banking service. Not a call centre. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff. Treat you like a special guest on each visit. No wonder why being a smaller bank compared to big banks it is very successful.

Best bank there is I am a disabled person and struggle doing day to day tasks no bank would help me as I didn’t have a phone at the time I had been through some hard times over the past year and I went to Santander Barclays all the banks there is to be honest and no one would help me until I came here they sorted me out... read full comment
