Frank from the men?s department is a absolute star!\\nI went in this week after a suit but no idea of size or what style I wanted\\nNot only was he a huge help in finding my size and colour etc but he stayed 45 mins over his finish time to get me sorted\\nAbsolute credit to the store he is!

There is a young lady called Maisie who works at Next Robin Park there and is a credit to your company, I've never had such fantastic customer service from a young lady in my life. Yes, the Ingleby family. They still live there in part of the castle. It is a terrific place and well worth a visit if in the area. Ripley ice-cream, delicious!! There are guided tours. 11 00 a.m & 12.30 p.m. Beautiful village.

It's a big well stocked next full of more than I expected so spent longer choosing haha. Friendly staff, seems more well priced too for quality stuff.

Completely messed me around at this next. Had some curtains delivered because they didn't have them in stock. Got the message the next day about mid afternoon. When I arrived at store they had a power cut. They would not let me in to take my order. Now before you say that is reasonable, a lot of other big brand store have power down processes to follow so they can continue trade. I would not be surprised if next do and this store could not be bothered. Then I get a text later saying that all my order had not arrived. Confusing or what. I just cancelled the order over the phone. The lady said that is fine and would sort it all. A few days later I get a phone call saying that the refund could not be done over the phone and to go in-store to sort it. Argh.
