Made online order for next day delivery,after made a payment we received an email,delivery in 8 days. Ee tried to get customer service line, as online is not working at all. They don't pick the phone up at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ANYTHING!!!!

BAD PRACTICE! Price ticket on items on racks full price £11 sale price £24.99 what?s that about!When this was pointed out to store manager he said sorry it?s been wrongly priced, we have 24 hrs to change it! Surely they have to sell it at the marked ticket price. Not impressed, shocking customer service!

Quite store, only a small handful of customers. Stood by the boots section, ready to try on a few pairs. Took ages to find someone (all the staff stocking shelves else where) finally found one and she said she'd send someone over. The guy came, didn't have my size so I tried one up and one down and another boot in my size. None quite fit right, so I went to try and get the guy to find another pair in another size, couldn't find him. Stood about waiting for a good 10 minutes. Then just left without any boots

The manager who stands at the door is very rude . If I had her working for me she would be gone ! You don't talk to people like this! Person at the door should be welcoming you in with a smile . She clearly cant be bothered massive put off !

Absolutely shocked and disappointed by the service we received in the store today, especially from ?the manager? who?s unwilling to give her name but the manager, I?m blaming her in this aspect as I?d be feeling ashamed if I provided the incompetent service to my clients. The store marked the kids Nike tops (not one, but All of them) with £11.99 however scanned £13.99, raised at the till after being charged the incorrect price but was told the label was a mistake, then was told by ?the manager? by law the their shop didn?t have to sell items at the marked price, which suggest to me they are so used to this line as it happens often. I know £2 discrepancy does not worth my 5 minutes to write this review, however, customers do deserve better when they shop. It?s a shame what has happened in the store and we received 0 apology from them. A cheap bargain does not give you the right to rip off.

This is a large store and I did buy a t-shirt in the sale. There is plenty of free parking. I was shocked at the price of the cloths here compared to last time I was in there. Which is a couple of years ago now. Things are expensive now.

Worse place ever. The review goes to SD and not the store.If you buy here and want to return, no money refund but voucher. They make orders wrong deliverable to charge for delivery and return delivery.Horrible experience with more than 3 orders wrong.I won?t spend my money on this millionaires owned business ever again, I?ll go to Nike directly.
