Whilst it's a rule showroom much like any other, the customer service, from Jon in particular, is second to none. I've been three times in the last few weeks whilst I've been doing my en suite and each and every time Jon has gone above and beyond to help. He would be a credit to any organisation.As a result of this tile giant will be my first port of call every time

Absolutely fantastic service and products?We bought porcelain tiles and grout for our back garden. I can happily say the service we received was outstanding- Michelle in particular! We had the tiles ordered to store (our choice) and they arrived on the date they were due. Michelle was always available over the phone, and rang us to let us know each step of our order process. The tiles we received were perfect! Easy to lay, fantastic quality and very reasonable price!Overall- HIGHLY recommended!
