It was our first time booking through an agency, but Alex was patient and knowledgable and took the time to explain us everything step by step. We are very happy we managed to book what we wanted and got some good suggestions about extras as well.

Booked a recent holiday here, everything from flights, hotel and excursions and got my currency exchanged too. All the staff in the branch were very helpful, welcoming and polite in particular Natalie.Very informative, always on hand, nothing was ever too much trouble. Very efficient response time and great communication both in store and via email.Will definitely come back to book future holidays.

Just booked a holiday with Alex in TUI, got a great deal, went in thinking with our budget we would go to turkey or Cape Verde ended up booking the Caribbean for a better price for more days!! Great help and very professional and funny would highly recommend Alex.

Once again, Liam, Alex and Jo-Anna have gone that extra mile. 3rd holiday booked this year and wouldn't go anywhere else. Their knowledge of the places we want to go is brilliant and what they don't know they research. Always a great price too which is a brucie bonus.

Visited Tui this afternoon to get some currency for my holiday next week. Elaine was extremely helpful by matching an exchange rate that I saw online! All staff are absolutely lovely, myself and my family will continue to visit this store for booking holidays and currency exchange.
