I have been with Amplifon for several years and other than a glitch during covid have found them satisfactory. My last hearing aids were purchased under credit agreement which is now paid up with no missed payments. I was made an offer to upgrade but rejected after an eventual successful trial was rejected by new finance company. On checking with reference agencies It shows my rating has actually improved over the past 4 years and there are no adverse reports. The manager, understandably couldn't help. I am now in a position where I must move to a new audiologist who does not use the unhelpful Noverna having spent in the low thousands with Amplifon in the past and there is no concern about losing me as a customer or an explanation as to why my credit application was rejected.

Amplifon has failed to answer queries on multiple occasions since my husband's hearing aid broke down. We are unable to get through on any telephone number or email and we now know "We should have gone to Specsavers" . Very poor customer service.

Anyway have been with Ampliofon for some 20 years starting off in Devonshire street london., now at Colchester with Johnathan who has been very helpful could not ask for better attention, he is a very good ambassador for your company.
