“Been here multiple times always very helpful staff. It’s a small store that obviously doesn’t stock everything but stock levels are maintained. Staff also make an effort to ensure online returns goes through correct and reassure the customer too/or when prompted (as in-store online returns don’t generate a receipt - it’s done on an archaic computer system).Been to bigger boots - always crazy busy, items out of stock and poor dealing with customers - conveyor belt feel.I prefer to come to this boots for most things.Dropped a star because sometimes there’s waiting around due to short staffing.”
