Love it in Icelands, try there take away Indian curries, there lovely. Always reasonably priced and helpful staff.

Lousy customer service, plus they have four checkouts, and they always only ever use one, even when there a big queue (7 /8 people waiting to be served) and theres plenty of workers just standing around. and they won't open another till. No wonder most people in this area use the oblivion service instead of going to the shop

I recently had an experience at Iceland supermarket that left me feeling a bit disappointed. While waiting in line, it was my turn at one of the tills, but the cashier unexpectedly left her station. I assumed she would return shortly, but after a few minutes, I moved to another till, only to find that the same cashier had reappeared and opened that one. This situation left me feeling frustrated as it appeared a bit unfair and inconvenient. I hope the supermarket can work on providing a more consistent and efficient customer service experience. Nevertheless, I still appreciate the quality of their products."

Iceland always has a decent selection of frozen foods, new lines always being added. I did notice that this seems to come at a cost to their selection of vegan choices, the line has lost some of its selection

I can See you there are different varieties of frozen chicken items which I didn't see before. I think the largest collection may be there in the Iceland Supermarket. Loved it.

Great place, great food, in civic centre shopping centre, pleasant staff, great prices, BEEN THERE YEARS AND STILL AS POPULAR.
