I wanted to use my stamps as cash alternative to send a letter special delivery and in this branch it was not possible .I've used stamps before to send letters as special delivery and allways it was okay .Please do some training in this branch.Customers service is non existent and whatever you ask it is not possible .0 stars Allways an issue here .

Was near Manchester airport and had posting to do so found this post office on google . When visited found this amazing man behind the counter who was very helpful and helped me choose the right service for my packages. Would definitely come here again.

This shop is in a handy location, but it's such a shame that it is being let down by the owner or manager. There is no friendly interaction and no help whatsoever when you need it. You feel like an inconvenience to him when you enter the shop. I think some customer service training is needed.

Absolute joke of a place got home from work had missed a parcel delivery had card to say it at post office went to pick it up he said it's not there this was around 3.20 to come back at 5.45 or this morning he would be open at 9 got there at 9.55 not open waited till 20 past 10 still not open while stood there about 10 people said you will be there a while he just turns up when he feels like it they were not wrong

The guy who owns this post office is an A1 Post Master, fast efficient, very informative, just like how post offices should be, he has all the time in the world to go out his way to help. I took 56 Ebay parcels into him last Thursday evening and it wasn't any trouble, I would go out my way to go to this post office 5 STARS XXXXX

This is my fav post office. The staff are lovely. Always seems to be really busy but they can never do enough for each person. They should definitely make it more of a main post office and make more services available here like check & send etc.
