Eddie carpeted our whole house and put down a new floor in the kitchen. He really knew his stuff on the best carpet to fit. He was prompt and polite and made sure we were happy with every part of the job before he left. Nice guy would highly recommend.

Recently had my carpet installed by Eddy and I must say, the entire experience, from walking into the showroom to the actual installation, was top-notch. The showroom offered a fantastic selection of products, and the guidance and customer service were excellent. Having someone who could recommend options based on our needs and budget was incredibly helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Pro Lay Carpets and will be using them again.

I cannot speak highly enough of Eddie and the service he provided. He promptly measured up after I contacted him, helped me choose a great match to my existing hall carpet and fitted it all within 2 weeks. A proffesional, courteous and all round great service. Room looks fantastic with the new carpet and nice cushy underlay too.Thanks Eddie!!

Eddy and his colleagues are great! I have yet to see a business so serious and committed to customer satisfaction! We had an issue with a vinyl flooring that they fitted a year ago and they replaced it with a different one (better I would say) with no problems.

Wonderful overall experience, thanks to Eddy, he was very helpful from the get go, my room was measured within days of my initial phone call... and was told to just pop in whenever I am ready, which was great.As this was my first time paying forsuch a service was worried about potential cow boys, shoddy workmanship ect but Prolaycarpets did not let me down from start to finish!Eddy helped me pick the right carpet for me, within my budget, colour, and with nice and thick underlay the carpet feels very soft and he did a great job at installing it!I dare not mention he went out his way on Bank Holiday Monday to install my carpet! What a guy, thanks alot Prolaycarpetsltd!You will see me again!

Fantastic customer service, excellent quality carpets at reasonable prices. Had most of our house done from here and will gladly make a return trip once my little ones have moved out of the arts and craft phase lol

From entering the shop to completion, Eddy has been helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. We're very pleased with our carpets, they look great. He even helped us out with our porch without needing to, and left us good bits of carpet leftover - thank you Eddy. Highly recommend.

Fantastic from start to finish , Eddie had fitted our carpets previously in Manchester so we contacted Eddie to fit carpets in new house. Eddie came to Winsford Cheshire , he fitted the whole house in a day , great job . Jack fitted flooring to downstairs again great job , excellent service , friendly , would highly recommend Eddie and his team from Pro Lay carpets .

Passed details of this company, and the owner, Eddie, from a friend who had a previous carpet supplied and fitted. You never know what to expect when getting someone you don't know to do a job but what a professional, courteous and well-priced service we have just had. From the initial visit to measure up (and bring over 100 samples of our similar colour choice!) to returning and fitting, I must say we are very impressed. Great quality product, expertly fitted and such a friendly and courteous service. Will definitely be using you guys again in the future. Even went to the effort to make my son a batman rug out of the left over cuts! Thank you!

Contacted Eddy via FB for a carpet replacement. He promptly arranged a visit to take the measurements and quickly provided a very competitive quote.No pushy sale attitude, very patient providing the needed advice and scheduling a date for the fitting that worked for us.Also very understanding allowing some of the furniture to stay as we were doing the whole house.Fitters came on time, and did an ace job removing the old carpet and fitting the new one in just one day.I now see the reason for such good reviews and would not hesitate to use again or recommend!
