Went into this pharmacy a few weeks back and asked if they had a cream that can be sold over the counter, they said they didn?t have it. I was with a friend who is registered with this pharmacy, and she went in to get her prescription( which was the same cream that I asked for and they said they don?t have it) and they gave her the cream, even though they told me it was unavailable. However, I also asked one of the pharmacist for some consultation, and she was very sweet and helpful.

Very time I go to get my prescription there's always something missing, this time 4 out of 5 items missing when I queeried this I was told they were not told about the other items, when I told them that I ordered all 5 items on the Heys app and they had been approved my the doctors. Then I was told I needed to sort it out with my doctors. I went to my doctors straight after leaving the pharmacy, and I was told that all 5 items had been approved all at together at the same time and sent to the pharmacy

Quite an appalling service. They can never find my prescriptions & once i was given the wrong item altogether. Good job i can read & realised it wasn't the correct medication. Now I always check before I leave the shop that it is the prescription I ordered.

Unbelievably for a pharmacy, they hardly ever have your prescription medication in stock, won't tell you straight away but will lock you in to using their service by giving you a part prescription then asking you to come back for the rest . Ask your GP to send your script somewhere further away, it will be much quicker.

They send you text message saying your prescription is ready to collect when you go there they say they haven't got and they have to order it in. 3 times I have been there and no results. Avoid.

Absolute joke is the only way i can describe this place. If you want your prescription on time then DO NOT COME HERE. I've now been waiting since the 15/04/2022 for my prescription it is now the 22nd of April and still no prescription. Even though I pay for my prescription i can't get it,not that matters but absolutely incompetent. If you have similar problems their head office have a website with complaint form please put in complaint and let them know it's unacceptable.

What a mess. They don't know where your prescription is. They don't have all the items in the prescription. When they get them in stock they don't tell you. They don't always tell you your prescription is short. Are you charging the NHS for all these items that you can't prescribe? Because there's something going on amid all this confusion

Said that my mum's prescription was out for delivery but hadn't been picked. I was told after several attempts to phone them without being answering that there was a faulty line when I went in person. I was told that the prescription wss due to be delivered but as stated hadn't been picked. When I visited for a second time I heard the phone ringing out, they just weren't answering calls. When I mentioned to the assistant that she had said something that was untrue she just said that they were busy due to staff shortages. I just said that that was a pathetic response in view of the earlier response. If they had been honest in the first place it would have been more acceptable rather than telling a lie.

Called Rowlands on behalf of my Mother, following the Doctor redirecting both her and my prescriptions which were normally serviced by Boots, who, for whatever reason, have deteriorated their service rapidly.Spoke to a delightful lady by the name of Cassidy. A real credit to the Rowlands team. Absolutely refreshing for someone to answer the telephone, and to understand and empathise immediately. Thank you Cassidy!Historically, my late fathers prescriptions were handled by Rowlands without problem.
