So I went there on Thursday last week to do my yearly check up. My appointment was at 9:15 and since I was already at work I took two hours leave to go. First a lovely young gentleman came over and took my eyes pictures and then he took me upstairs to see the doctor. After seating down for 15 minutes someone came over and said oh sorry you are in a wrong waiting room you need to be downstairs. Fair enough. I went downstairs and I was seating there for 30 minutes waiting for someone to come over and get me but no one even bothered coming over and acknowledging me about what?s going on while they were all seating down together cheat chatting. So I had to finally stand up and tell them I need to go back to work since I been waiting for an hours then they bothered to tell me they had a emergency patient that?s why they could come and get me!!!!!!And they didn?t even call me or email me after wasting my time for 1 hour.I mean I work in a industry where I have to deal with customer all the time and I know a lot about customer service but sadly this people may need a retraining to understand the importance of a customer satisfaction and time. Awful experience I had.

The staff member was very friendly and helpful. The optician also very detail with the explanations. I was 5 minutes late but they still happily allowed me to do my check up, specially when my appointment was very close to lunch/dinner time. Definitely will be back for regular check up.

Good glasses and eye test, front of shop need customer training and attend a sales course. Moved here from Sale will now look elsewhere.

Im very disappointed today at this place..i have been customer for years at this particular place but decided not anymore..i asked one of receptionist (skinny girl with glasse and veil on asian origin) and she told they dont have enough staff to accomadate and help me ( just to change soft pad on my glasses probably takes only few minutes to bit more softer one becouse the one i had is hard hurting my nose) then i told her i will wait till she find someone free to get it done..and she wasn't very happy about my response and let me stay anyway..and after a while she brought me another asian origin girl and took my glasses to change pads..and came back telling me that they dont hzve softer pads at the moment which i didn't believe and replaced with more hard pad than the one i had..i had no choice just to return home with it..probably i will go somewhere else to change it..and i decided not going again to this shop and may be never again to specsavers..very bad customer service. Im pretty sure these staff did this action deliberately. hopefully you do something about this before you loosing more customers.

Saw the Audiologist last week for a hearing test. I needed my ears syringed. This was done today. Great service. I was put at ease, fully informed and the procedure was quick.

I?m normally seen by Jenny who is always pleasant & professional but I was recently seen by Ahmed who was rude throughout the appointment, it felt like the appointment was an inconvenience for him. I definitely won?t be seeing him again.

Booked online appointment for the eye tests and new designer glasses. Must of had various phone calls, emails and texts regarding the appointment and fill in online forms. 2 hours before the appointment, gets a phone call from them telling me what I should have and not what I want as a customer, them thinking I'm an nhs customer and not someone willing to pay everything outright! After travelling there in the rain and tram only to be told my online appointment doesn't exist and can I come back in a couple of hours time?? Absolutely terrible experience!!! Would never return there! Booked in with another opticians where my money is better spent! AVOID THIS PLACE!!
