It's gone downhill recently. Used to be reliable. Finally get a text telling me my medication is ready,go to pick it up and they don't have it. Now looking for a different chemist.

I would give them 0 but that can't be given this pharmacy is a joke never have pricriptions ready on time making u wait days to get anything and when they don't have stock of something still try ordering it but then don't get it touch to say we can't get it after making me wait over two weeks no sorry no nothing and when u do try query anything they are rude as hell on the phone or never pick u and in person and they never chase anything for your the one chasing them

Ordered a repeat prescription for my mum. It had been tampered with, it was unsealed, and more than half of it was missing!!! And they won?t answer your calls keeps going to line busy. been in there a hundred times they are more than quite enough to answer a call if they?ve been hearing the phone ring for the last hour. Management need to sort their staff out because they are absolute rubbish any time I?ve gone in they?re always having a chat amongst themselves so I don?t know why they find it an issue to pick up the god damn phone!!! Done a 3 month dispenser course and they think they?re better than everyone else and yet they still can?t do their job properly. Absolute joke!!!!

Unfortunately i?d decided to nip into this Well Pharmacy as it was closer to work, and can?t fathom more unhelpful staff. Every question was a resounding no, every attempt at further support was a resounding no. Avoid this pharmacy if you are struggling, they will make you feel awful and that their hands are tied by bureaucracy. (They aren?t). Having left the pharmacy in tears, I walked half a mile to the OTHER well pharmacy in northenden village and was so surprised by the difference in treatment. I was listened to and reassured, my prescriptions fufilled (including emergency ones so that I wouldn?t suffer withdrawals), there was care and understanding that this pharmacy did not bother to exhibit. It?s astounding that these pharmacies can be part of the same chain and offer a customer service at opposite ends of the spectrum. save yourself any anguish and avoid well pharmacy palatine road. It was the painful fact that I?d actually been helped at another branch that led me to write this review, so much unnessecary hostility could have been avoided if the staff were kinder, more understanding, and frankly better trained.

It can take up to a week to get a repeat prescription and no one answers the phone to enable me to put an order in for a repeat. I have had to physically go down there and looks like I will have to do the same again as there has been no answer for the last 2 days!

Left me without my repeat prescription over Christmas and I still haven't had my tablets yet, two days without any anti depressants then they wonder why people go in and give them an honest mouthful of anxious abuse. I have multiple Sclerosis and can do with out chasing things which should be delivered to make my life easier

The staff aren't nice ,sometimes kind of rude,much often helpless,you waiting in the queue forever as they're more busy with everything around them, rather than sort us first waiting in a queue customers. Nobody's comes to pharmacy for a their own pleasure, most of us suffer from a healthy issues, or need some medical help or advice ,which seem like people working there absolutely forget,and treats people, as they're coming to wonder about cause we are bored at home ,which is sad. I had a good service there maybe couple of times,but 8/10 I'm leaving always disappointed.

My script was filled today. It was missing 2/3 of what the doctor prescribed. I got 1 out of 3.Their ineptitude caused me to reschedule my next doctor appt.I have phoned them nine times since I got home to no avail, but twice someone picked up and hung up on me.

The over worked and Underappreciated staff were amazing today (27/04/22) my prescription wasn?t ready but as I was in dire need of my medication the pharmacist went above and beyond and made sure I left with my asthma inhalers. Massively impressed!! Great work
