“On September 28th I found the biggest screw in my back drivers side tyre I think I have ever seen! Took Hermione (my car) to Rob and he (after he had stopped laughing at the size of the screw) got to work with his apprentice to replace the tyre. Rob mentioned that my other back tyre was almost on the limit so he did the one too.On checking the front 2 (I asked because I have not had Hermione long) it turned out that they needed doing too, so I booked in to go back on the 29th September.Upon rocking up and the wheels coming off on the 29th Rob found that there was a problem with the nut on one of the wheels and that would mean that it would be dangerous for me to drive away as one nut wouldn't be tight.I cannot fault Rob (or his apprentice) for the way he dealt with the whole situation, spent ages on the phone trying to find out how he could easily sort it out for me without it costing a fortune and making me feel safe.Hermione was in KF for a few days but I knew that she was being looked after.When I went to collect Hermione on the following Tuesday, I was dealt with by the manager - Customer service training would be useful for him. He was grumpy and rude.Anyway, thank you Rob for being so amazing to me and Hermione!! You will be the main reason I always use Kwik Fit Alton.”
