Car was booked in for repairs to the bonnet.Some time later, I noticed some marks and damage.Chrome trim on the bonnet, nearside front wing, and nearside rear wing.Front nearside repeater is chipped.DA sand scratches on the bumper, offside, below headlight.They even tried to deny working on the front wing at first .From the same person who generated the Estimate!!Nearside rear belt line trim was an item I bought, and was in the boot.I get a call offering to fit it FOC,which they damagedThey refuse to replace this, as they did not supply the item.A, what were they doing in my boot, when the car was in for bonnet repsir,B, do they think it acceptable to break customers property, then refuse to replace it?As for the rest, I doubt they will do anything.Was told they would replace the Wing trim ,and a meeting with the group bodyshop Manager.Neither has been fulfilled .

II had an issue with my Mondeo parking sensors not working. Although my appointment had a long lead time I was prepared to wait 1. because of the non-urgency of the job and 2. because I've used Andover Ford previously and have been happy with their service.My fault was fixed within the day, involving an old-skool electrical repair because at 11 years old my Mondeo is obsolete and a new partial wiring loom is unavailable.The company kept me informed, explained the job to me, and presented a very reasonable invoice. I have now booked my car in for a major service and MoT in May.Also, I used a courtesy car which was a reasonably late model Fiesta and great fun to drive.

Took my new car that I recently bought, from the Foray dealership in Salisbury, here with concerns with my aircon, they re-gassed it and sorted it, and topped up my engine oil without even asking. When collecting my car, I then asked for a quote for a little dent on my door (mostly just paint from the other cars door) and they literally asked me to pull around the side and dealt with it there and then by polishing out the paint (which was the majority of my concern). Free of charge! These guys are awesome, a great company in general that I?ve only had great experiences with. It?s so evident that they care so much about their customers and don?t wish to exploit us. Also a very friendly reception which were always happy to help with the queries that I had, thank you Mike!

I had my company FORD ranger in for a transmission repair.A couple of days afterwards the locking wheel nuts flew of on all tyres.The dealer denied involvement.Had my own Ford S-MAX in for a service and lost my exhaust a day afterwards despite the checklist saying it was checked and ok, one week later the car went in to limp mode with the air filter inlet hose loose. both occasions required me to recover the vehicle. The dealer deals with complaints very slow and unsatisfactory despite e-mailing picture evidence and calling regularly. The Service has cost me £800 and could have cost me that another 2x if I wouldn't have been able to recover the vehicle myself.Services: Exhaust
