Very professional and friendly, top service provided on some major works that needed doing for my car and even fitted me in for a last minute puncture repair on the car I was using temporarily.

Above and beyond. Impressed from start to finish. Had a nail in my new tyre which unfortunately couldn't be saved but they got a replacement in that same afternoon. From friendly, efficient reception team, smiley helpful passing staff, Paul who switched my tyre out who took the time to explain the issue and sympathise with my bad luck, Dougie who saved me from having to walk home in the dark and the lovely fellow who got me to work on time by giving me a lift when I initially dropped the car off. I won't hesitate to use these guys again - for all my vehicle needs. I would recommend them based on my first experience.

I got a flat tyre today and when it was almost end of working hours these guys came to rescue me. I was in the middle of nowhere and they were absolutely emphatic, efficient and friendly! Totally recommended

These Guys are awesome.I took my Mini in with an issue to the thermostat housing today. Initially they couldn?t do my car as they were fully booked for the next week. They offered to try and fit me in if a slot became available if I left my car there. I got a call the same day just as they were closing to say it had been fixed.This was such a massive relief. They stayed open so I could collect itA big thank you to Kerry and the rest of the Team for fitting me in.As always so helpful and friendly. Will only take my car to these Guys.

Incredible service and a garage I can finally trust!I went to Broadway Garage for a service and within a week my tyre was punctured, the AA came out, took one look at it and couldn't believe it hadn't been picked up during the service and said that should be a red flag not to go back. I bought a tyre online from Andover Tyre and Auto Service and paid £30 for them to come to my home and do it. The communication was excellent, the service was first class, and they definitely went above and beyond with the advice and guidance during the fit. Will definitely be using again.
