“These Guys are awesome.I took my Mini in with an issue to the thermostat housing today. Initially they couldn’t do my car as they were fully booked for the next week. They offered to try and fit me in if a slot became available if I left my car there. I got a call the same day just as they were closing to say it had been fixed.This was such a massive relief. “The overall service was pretty good, with good communication. However, they seemed to have a massive workload, so I felt a bit rushed throughout the process. And let's talk about the price... it was a bit criminal, £400 for a full service, tire puncture repair, and brake investigation? That's quite expensive. Would I use them again? Probably not, considering the rush and the high cost.But here's the thing, they actually re-investigated my brakes for free when the issue persisted after they claimed to have fixed it. I really appreciated that gesture, so I'll give them 4 stars. I would recommend them if you're okay with the pricing.”

“Really impressed by these guys today.My wife hit a pothole which knackered two tyres, I was a few hours away so I called this autocentre and spoke to Drew. He was very reassuring on the phone, knew what tyres he had in stock and was very helpful with my wife and kids when the car was recovered to the garage.Took a lot of stress out of my hands. By the time I turned up everything was sorted ( I decided to get all four replaced) and my wife and kids were happy too!”
