My daughter had her ears pierced here and the lady that did it was outstanding. My daughter didn't cry, nothing. She was laughing and smiling the whole way through. Recommend this store and it's awesome staff.

Visited today.Disabled car parking was excellent,lots of room for loading and unloading. Food outlet was good ,Spud u like, Pleasant young cleaner found me key for the disabled toilet, which was spotlessly clean. Altogether a very good experience. Thank you.

Bad experience. Daughter had ears pierced, badly made earring broke in ear and had to be removed in A and E. Went in to complain, told refund would come, returned 1 month later and told still with head office. Still waiting months later. Pretty disgusted by total disinterest in poor products which lead to a trip to A and...
