Kind & Knowledgeable. I had to stop by when I was in the area & I had an issue with the coolant tank in my car. I had no appointment but they stepped out & helped me for free. They also explained the problem fully to me which means I will be able to do it myself in future. Lovely guys & 100% would recommend.

Appalling service! I booked my MOT a month ago, got up early on a Saturday just to hear ?we should have called you but it?s cancelled?! No decency to even text me a night before! Now my MOT is due and I can?t find a garage that would do it for me in time before it ends. Stay away from those people.

Really impressed by these guys today.My wife hit a pothole which knackered two tyres, I was a few hours away so I called this autocentre and spoke to Drew. He was very reassuring on the phone, knew what tyres he had in stock and was very helpful with my wife and kids when the car was recovered to the garage.Took a lot of stress out of my hands. By the time I turned up everything was sorted ( I decided to get all four replaced) and my wife and kids were happy too!

Dreadful service. I booked my car in for an MOT and service and had to pay in advance. Arrived on the day to be told the ramp they used for MOTs had been condemned a couple of days before. They made no attempt to let know and I then spent quite a while frantically phoning round to find a garage who could do an MOT at short notice. Definitely would not go back.

They didn?t charge me for a diagnostic check as they advised the main dealer that I need to get my car repaired at would do another one.

I went to take my car in for it?s booked full service and mot and they had cancelled my booking because the lady at Halfords Andover had incorrectly taken my details. This is poor service, especially as I had called up a week prior and they confirmed my booking over the phone as I had my doubts. Now to find a garage before my MOT runs out ?

Dropped my car in for a simple wheel alignment and they didn't/couldn't recalibrate the safety systems afterwards. All safety systems, cruise control, adaptive lights, stabilisation control etc. are not working. Now will be looking at a bill £400+ to fix it at a dealership. Still waiting for them to get back to me and settle this matter amicably.Service: Wheel alignment

The oil filter and engine flush are well done. Thanks for the other advice its useful to have options, especially with an old car. Do I do the cam belt or the fuel filter replacement? That is on my mind and glad for the advice. Will get back soon thanks.

I went in with my wife to look at electric bikes. A pleasant guy asked us if he could help, and i excplained the situation and asked if we could have a look at a particular bike which was chained up. He did not know the code to undo the chain, i then asked how i can organise a test ride, he said, "I think you book it on-line"We will not be purchasing 2 x electric bikes from Halfords

Update 2 year's since I left a great review sadly Halfords staff are liars I have saved chats to prove it got charged an hour's labour for work done in under 20 minutes Nothing was said on handing over the key as the correct part was not even in the building in the end was left sat waiting in a boiling waiting area for 6 hours before they told me that they could not do the work. The customer service center are liars and don't care. Halfords finally offered a free MOT and a £10 gift card as a sorry for ripping me off and wasting my time they say they don't cover loss of earnings even though it was their staff who mislead me from the start. AVOID as they Lie overcharge and their regional manager won't even phone you to resolve things keep it to chat or email so they don't have to deal with poor customer service.Service: General repairs & maintenance
