There?s a reason people go to a local garage and not a dealership. Bottom line up front, you will pay way over the odds what you would anywhere else and get a worse service. Avoid.They wanted £250 for a broken key - I got a new one for £14.99 off eBay and changed the tiny little broken bit myself in 5minutes.Later having put it in for a gearbox error, the initial £150 they used to tell me oil level and tyre wear (didn?t ask for that), and wanted another £250 to look at the gearbox. Took them three days to tell me it?s broke (well yeah, I know, I told them that), only to then want £250 to put it back together again - funny that you failed to mention that when I agreed to the first payment. Maybe I was expected to push it home with the bolts and casing in a box in the boot. Last time I use VW.

booked the van in for a service, but when I got there it had turned into an enquiry which no one had answered, they only have one Renault technician who doesn't work Saturdays, so if you self employed and cant lose time in the week and need your van all day this isn't the place to book in your Renault in - what a waste of time that was, wont ever be trying to use them again !!!

I?d recommend staying away if you have other options. We?ve had our car booked in for only a minor issue (literally a 20min job). First time I dropped the car off in the morning I was told they?d have the car done by 5pm (mind we had a 8am appointment) - this wasn?t communicated ahead, no hire car available, nothing. So I took the car back home, we re-booked, got a rental car from somewhere else and after dropping the car off at 8am, we got a call in the afternoon saying they couldn?t fix the fault due to a machine not working. Fair enough, booked the car back in for a 3rd time, agreed on the phone to drop the car off at 8am to have it done by half 10. 12pm rolls around, car has not even been looked at.. empty promises, always excuses and just overall not a pleasant experience.

They were unable to help with my particular problem (Audi adblue) but gave some great advice and directed me in the direction of a place that could help. Taking the time to check with this other place that they could see me immediately, giving me written directions along with the name & phone number of who they had spoken to.
