There is no shop here anymore

A variety of shops, clean and tidy and even places to eat. There are shops for people on a budget like poundstrecher and the card factory, but also high end like earnest Jones.so it's really a place for everyone. You also have the bus station on the entrance and ample parking around.

So disappointing. There are a huge number of shops that have closed down and the Chantry Centre looks so empty now. But there are no takers for the empty shops. I wonder how our council are going to encourage(a) more shoppers and (b) more interesting shops to visit. Did have a nice cup of coffee in Boswell's and at least inside it was very clean (and dry,!)

Full of empty shops, and devoid of most of the better ones.

Nice to be dry inside a shopping centre!

Great shopping experience in the heart of Andover. Good variety of shops inside and a twice weekly market outside. Makes the town a worthwhile shopping destination.

Bit of a maze but location maps at the end of each passage. Nice clean bus station in Andover, under cover with seats

It's a great place to visit, especially when it rotten outside. It is completely covered and you can shop and have a bite to eat or just have a coffee. Unfortunately not all the shops are leased so a few missing that takes away the more pleasurable experience as a shopping centre. If there was some more investment into the little things it would be brilliant

Very clean and pleasant, but very few decent shops here now. The toilets have been improved and are much better and cleaner than they were. Could be a nice place if there were more shops

Clean area. Normally good amount of seating. Sadly a number of vacant shops. Easily accessed by adjacent spacious car park with lift and a number of disabled and shop mobility spaces. Be careful not to park in the shop mobility spaces. One element to consider is that in my opinion, the Chantry Centre has one side which runs up a fairly steep hill. Along with the fact that not all the shops have totally flat access.

What's to say about a shopping centre? Nothing exciting as they are all pretty much the same wherever they are in the UK. Very boring, mainly chain stores you find anywhere. Indeed, I could have been anywhere. No identity of its own or connection to Andover at all. I was only in there as I had to leave the car park. The one saving grace was Boswell's cafe where the tea and staff were excellent.
