“Simply Amazing staff, The vets and practice manager were so gentle & empathetic with us, Sadly we had to put our puppy to sleep very suddenly when he became gravely ill with IMHA & the whole team were so lovely. They met us outside as an emergency & Amy our vet talked us through every procedure she was doing to try to save Chewy. They even co ordinated with my pet insurance as I was too upset to speak to them. When the time finally came it was very peaceful & after they left us alone to grieve our loss. I simply cannot thank the team especially vet Amy & the practice manager Anja (sorry if spelling is wrong) they made our terrible loss as easy to deal with as possible and I can't thank them enough for that. Thank you for taking care of Chewy & us & for doing everything you possibly could to try to save him. Never forgotten r.i.p pupperx”
