Awful service from the staff at this store!! The products are fine the problem is always the tills and paying, staff stood around drinking coffee then walking off when they can clearly see assistance is needed, an older lady short blond/grey hair who always looks as miserable as sin! This has happened the last few times now such as shame as customer service has gone down hill

Just been in to do a small shop and we were waiting in the queue one colleague serving and the queue built up she called for another colleague middle aged woman with glasses quite tall came down didn't once acknowledge the customer had no manners kept her head down and looked glum as far as customer service goes very unpleasant won't be returning.

Good place to get some bargain. It is quite close to the Chantry Centre.Although there weren't a lot of £1 items on display like those days, one could still always count on Poundland for a decent bargain especially on their clothing brand, Pep&co.

Good merchandise but only 1 young girl at the front and no other staff in sight . The young lady did very well and was very helpful . I hate using the self scanners as they always get stuck so just to have 1 till open would be nice .

Prices aren?t so great now got rid of lots of £1 products and replaced with more expensive ones. This is also the only Poundland that doesn?t sell the bag for life style bags and forces you to buy the more expensive £1 bags that break and split.

Good products from makeup to books, toiletries, stationery, house products, clothes etc, the team is amazing, very helpful. Some people give a pound shop low ratings because it sells cheap stuff, lol , how ironic.
