Friendly staff. Good car parking. Room had air conditioning but was not overly hot in early March anyway, unlike some premier inns. Window opens. Nice sized room on second floor was quiet and well equipped. Bar was good but sport on TV and music were a bit loud and clashing. Good for the Andover parkrun if you are there for Saturday morning.Nearby activities: Good for Andover parkrun.Walkability: Walk to town centre was about 30 mins. Station was about 20 mins.Food & drinks: McDonald's next door. Small waitrose, aldi and tesco express all nearby if you don't want to use the Brewers Fayre restaurant attached.

Still waiting 3 weeks later for the customer services team to get back to me. Paid for premier plus - room features were not working. Reporting to staff on 3 occasions, they weren't able to fix it or move me during my stay.Staff lovely, but don't pay for premier plus, the features are the same as standard rooms when they don't work.

Comfortable, quiet rooms. Let down only by the Brewers Fayre breakfast next door.

The subsequent visit to Premier Inn proved significantly improved compared to our initial stay. The staff exhibited exceptional friendliness, and the room maintained a commendable level of cleanliness. However, the premium WiFi service, despite its cost, proved unreliable and scarcely established a connection on all three of my devices, rendering it a regrettable investment. Other facets of the accommodation met satisfactory standards. Notably, the breakfast service was commendable. It is worth noting that the provided travel cot lacked a proper mattress, presenting a challenge for our infant to sleep. We found it necessary to procure a more suitable mattress independently.Food & drinks: Great restaurant also McDonald?s is next door.Noteworthy details: Soft play area for children in restaurant.

Clean room with a lovely view of the bins!! Arrived on a Friday night around 945PM after a 5 hour drive from Yorkshire. No food availability, depressing!!! Plenty of car parking was the highlight?

Had a fantastic experience staying here thanks to Mr. Perry who was of tremendous help. He really facilitated our whole trip. I appreciate good customer service and hospitality when I see it. Will be recommending and returning!

Pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff. I was rather unorganised with my belongings and the lovely young man at reception was patient and helped me with my luggage. Had a few positive interactions with housekeepers who were very polite and friendly also.Overall lovely stay :)

Staying here was very convenient so I could visit my son and spend some time in the local area. An enjoyable walk to the town which isn't far from Andover college, infact everything you need is right here, from local supermarket,s to small individual shops. Very pleasant watching the local swans in the river Anton on our way to historic Mill pub. Premier inn room was very comfortable and modern. The double bed just for me was superb and comfortable. I had two cosy night stays and will be back again soon.Rooms: Brilliant location right next to a Brewers fayre delightful restaurant that offers a deal for your stay here. Plenty of parking for your car here. Check in was very easy having already booked online. My room was very clean and refreshing upon entry. The on-suite was perfect & bright and very clean. Modern desk and chair and wardrobe facilities to organise my two night stay. Vanity mirror an added delight. Large enough flat screen TV and tea & coffee making facilities kettle etc on a tray with a table lamp and little bin. Very cosy lovely break away from my usual fairy hectic lifestyle.

Stayed in a Premier Plus accessible room with a wet room. Room was amazing with vanity mirror and stool, fridge, great seating including armchair with foot rest. Open wardrobes with built-in lights. Pukka tea-bags, Green & Black chocolates and even a coffee machine in the room! Wet-room was excellent with high quality toiletries. Only thing that let it down was the normal toilet paper!Receptionists were extremely approachable and helpful, as one of our party was ill. Extra towels, decaf tea sachet and decaf coffee sachets available from there. Snacks available from machine in reception (grab bag of mini Cheddar £1.30).Location suitable for wedding at St Mary's Church in Andover and reception at Chilbolton Village Hall.Food & drinks: Breakfast in Brewers Fayre through internal door. I've never been asked 'Have you been here before?' and then walked around the options by a member of staff. Really helpful. Continental breakfast £7.99 and lots of choices - choices of cereals, fruit, pancakes, toast, muffins, croissants and choice of spreads. Oat milk available in chilled area.Full breakfast £9.99 lots of choices again. Vegan sausages available on request (though daughter didn't think they tasted good). Mushrooms, beans, etc etc.Dinner in Brewers Fayre was not so good the evening we ate there. Till problems had led to long delays for ordering and for food (1 hour). The staff were extremely cool headed and hard working despite appearing to be understaffed or with technology issues. They did give us some money off dessert as we'd had to wait so long.

Staff were friendly and quality beds and sheets comfortable, as always. However, the hotel is looking very tired, and the restaurant seating was past its best. The breakfast was also average; the fried and scrambled eggs were both disappointing and food was left under the hot lamps for too long. I think the kitchen staff need to come out and look at the actual customer experience.
