Spent three days trying to get my parcel - Royal Mail is just outdated, historical and it needs to let those with a forward thinking outlook, on parcel delivery, take over - whilst sat in the Delivery Office this morning I watched as RM went from one concern / complaint to another - very poor service.

Awaiting a parcel that was supposed to be delivered on the 21 Nov. I?ve had no card through the door and the parcel has been sat there since this date. I can?t collect without a card, even though I have a tracking number and the app shows where it is. This is on top of the poor lack of delivery in the Andover area. I feel for the staff at the coal face.

Disgraceful service. I am expecting an important package that the tracking number said had arrived and would be delivered that day, it wasn't. The tracking number then said the following day, it wasn't. I have taken days off to be in as it is an important parcel. This has been over a week now.I have phoned and was on hold for 50 minutes, then cut off. You cannot get any response, no one is accountable and there is no one to assist or talk to. They are now a typical un-caring, un-helpful flawed monopoly that should be shut down. Royal Mail you are a total dishonest disgrace.

Once again !! Received a letter dated 6th October and a letter from a solicitor 9th October !! Received yesterday 17th November !!!!! What a dreadful service and I will not use them again ?

Letter was posted 10 days ago still not received. My daughter had Letter delivered to another road who gave it back to postie 5 days ago still not delivered

This is a prime example of how not to run a delivery business. Just dont deliver anything, fantastic! Waiting a month for a card to arrive and still hasn't, 1st class post should be within 2 days! Any accountability? Nope. On hold for 45 minutes to find out where a very expensive parcel is now as it's be "due for delivery today" for a week. No update, no online chat service, no response to emails for over a week either. About time Royal Mail was shut down or fixed. This has been going on for years. People have been fined, lost important letters, parcels and documents and Royal Mail take zero responsibility for it. How else do yoy really send a letter though? It's a monopoly so they don't care as they are basically the only option for most people. I'll be hand delivering any letters as I've always done and avoiding buying anywhere using Royal Mail.

What is the point in charging for a 24hr tracked parcel service when you can't provide it, Royal mail has become a joke... scrap it, evri and dpd do a better job

TWO MONTHS FOR A LETTER TO BE DELIVERED. Royal Mail enabling identity thieves.I am so angry at this point. This office is not fit for purpose.I have had my car tax renewal forms twice lost by this place - reported to head office but they could really care less. Admitted that the letters could be anywhere.I've had credit card statements delayed so much that I have had charges put upon my account for late payment.DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE WITH YOUR MAIL OR PARCELS.No accountability for your lost letters, it's a disgrace.Had card put through letter box saying that we had a recorded delivery letter, had to go to this office to collect. There was no letter and the card had been put through the wrong door.I've had mail delivered for another house the next street up - postie could not even care and just walked away. I put them back in the post box - like hell I'm doing their job for them.

Andover's postal service is appalling. I Posted card on 1st Sept. first class. It arrived 25th, over 3 weeks to do 100 miles.Another card posted 1 August also arrived on 25/9. That's 9 weeksBy comparison a card posted on 1/9, arrived in Caerphilly in 1 working day as expected.

Abysmal. We only get a delivery every 10-14 days in SO10 2. I posted my daughter?s wedding invitations on 3rd August and the Andover recipients have yet to receive them. It took 10 days to be notified someone had underpaid postage, I paid the fee, nominated the delivery day and even then it arrived late! Not the posties fault - they are fab and friendly, but what the tell does management think they?re doing? We?re paying (a lot!) for a service and just not getting it.
