This oven is incredible, tried for the first time yesterday and blown away at the results and how easy it was to use.Am pretty new to trying to perfect pizzas so they can only improve from here.David and Louise are official Effeuno UK supplier and run such a great business. This product is an utter waste of money and should not be purchased for domestic use. When pointing out that the stones do not get hot enough in a domestic oven, the company agreed. The customer service was as appalling as the product - I would strongly advise against purchasing this or dealing with the company!

Completely blown away, amazing personal service, a very proactive company. Very highly recommended. We accidentally received the wrong size stones and they dispatched new ones immediately, we received these within 24hours. Quality product, extremely pleased.

Overall, very happy with the bulk purchase (29 units) of the Black Rock Grill. We purchased these for customer Christmas gifts and had our company logo branded into them. They turned out really great, and our rep, David, was really great to work with! He was very prompt on his replies, and the actual production and arrival of the products was quicker than I thought. The only negative I have was the price of shipping - almost $1,000 to ship these was extremely expensive!

David and his team went above and beyond ensuring my two ovens were packaged correctly. After their 3 month journey from the UK to Australia, the ovens arrived in perfect condition.
