I shop at wholesalers all over the country as im travelling for work. This bookers is small, but well stocked with all the essentials. I do have to say that the staff however are the most miserable and unhelpful I have come across before. Really made me feel like my purchase was a chore, this is one bookers I think ill try and avoid if I can!

I have been shopping at Bookers Basingstoke for years however whoever Daisy is should not be at the till.No personality - no knowledge of customer and no skills.I felt embarrassed by her patronising manners and lack of knowledge of accounts - she didn't know who I was after years coming to bookers Basingstoke.I was also quested harrogantly to step back from my trolley even though no covid restrictions are in place in UK.Please review your internal training manuals as do expect more from management and industry leaders.
