3 staff. 1 lady doing everything. The other two stood in the corner chatting. I ended up asking them to help out, as they were oblivious.

Very bad service. The guy was more interested in talking to a colleague rather than inflating the balloons I?d paid for.The balloons lasted 4 hours before they started to deflate. I guess he couldn?t be bothered doing it properly. Wouldn?t buy from here again, won?t recommend them ever again and chances are, I?ll never see my money back or a credit for shoddy work.

So disappointed. All I needed was a Christmas card for my son. ` ran out`. Also Christmas wrapping paper. A choice of 2 rubbish. ` Ran out`. Continuous apologies from the staff to customers. ` sorry we have run out !` Ended up having to shop elsewhere. Shame as I always rated card factory.
