Very poor service. No sense of good, polite customer service! Their attitude is horrible to say the least. Their fees are not flat out and you will incur additional throughout which was extremely disappointing.Car clean wasn?t up to standards with many marks still left that could?ve been cleaned quite easily.Won?t be going again! Thanks for nothing

Very poor cleaning. Gold service? Wing mirrors, wind screen ,w indies and boot not clean had to ask for tyre dressing and to clean passenger dashboard! Carpet and floor not great either. I won?t be going back just wished I?d gone to regular car wash. Lesson learned.

Not terrible, but not fantastic. I had to point out a bit on the sill that they'd completely missed, he said "don't worry, the car will be perfect" but there were a few other spots they'd missed too. Also, I paid for the 'gold' service and had to ask them to dress the tyres, not sure what else they missed. It is quite cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for!

Don?t use this car wash. It was a big mistake to go back today as the last time I used them I was very disappointed. My brand new car had smudges all over. Today they left me without my trailing cap . I went back to inform them and the staff , including the owner laughed in my face. I?ve posted this on Nextdoor app and a lot of ppl came forward with serious complaints. If you love your car, don?t use this place!

I used Chineham Car Wash as its local for me. But have now stopped. After a few times of going there everytime there's smear and watermarks all over my car on one occasion I went back it was so bad they wiped it over again but still wasn't right. I haven't been back since the standard just isn't there.
