Sofie helped my fussy son with school shoes. Unfortunately after all the messing about they didn't have the size and width reqired so she advised ordering them online or getting them in to store which we have. Thank you.

They went above and beyond even after they knew they wouldn't personally make a sale because they didn't have my size. They made phone calls to other shops and found me what I wanted. Even had a backup plan if that didn't work.Good old fashioned service at its best. Thanks so much

In the school holidays they didn't have any size 7 shoes to fit my 15 year old son in the boys' range (rangle normally upto size 10) and only one suitable pair from the men's range which were not suitable for us.

No choice, far from friendly, what a disappointment this was. I felt I was imposing on the staff, who wished me gone. I was clean, well dressed, with a mask on. What was their problem.

Cannot fault the shoes for toddlers in clarks. Most recent purchase has just survived a quick walk in the sea ?. Great when sales are on to half size up ready for any sudden growths.

I normally have the same person everytime as I have a special needs son , but had a new lady and she was brilliant and I even told the boss how happy I was with the service she gave us... And also having a booking service really helps I waited maybe 2 mins to be seen, it was all running nicely\\nWell done clarks .
