Robert the store manager took time to check over my precious white gold diamond engagement ring. He advised there was no damage to the diamond but one of the claws needed adjusting & that my ring would be sent away & re-plated with care. He's such a kind & patient gentleman & his customer service skills can't be faulted!

My wife required three rings of great sentimental value expanded to a larger size. All with patterns and one with precious stones. The service was excellent with a fast turnaround and the finished results were as perfect as per the original. I would highly recommend them.

Suddenly needed a new watch. Looked online for the brand I liked and found a couple at Hinds. Popped into shop, greeted by shop assistant who was polite, helpful and NOT at all pushy. Showed me the watches I liked. Tried both on and decided to purchase one. Very happy with Service and watch.
