I was most impressed with Charlotte Knight at Harwoods Mini Service Centre, as she understood my requirements completely and gave excellent advice and instruction on my car's settings when I had mistakenly believed that the car had a fault. Not only that but with the consent of her kind manager, had reduced the invoice price as no fault needed fixing. Charlotte clearly has an aptitude for relating to the public and has been well trained/managed. Congratulations to all concerned.

Went to Harwoods mini for a part i needed and whilst collecting it, I asked if they could look at something entirely separate - David went out of his way to sort my problem within a few minutes and mended it? can?t fault his customer service! Thankyou Harwoods Mini and David ?

I have used Harwoods Mini in Basingstoke for years now and the service is always excellent, had my car in for service today and the experience was as always first class, my service was booked and handled by Charlotte who is a credit, friendly and efficient, keep up the good work.

I?ve had 2 great experiences with Harwoods recently for my Mini MOT and servicing. Some work was identified in the service but when I took it back in to be done, on closer inspection the mechanics realised it wasn?t a problem after all. Charlotte was great at communicating this and I?m really pleased Harwoods have the integrity to not do work just for the sake of charging for it. I will definitely be brining my car back here!

Heads up for everyone, if you want to be robbed this is the place to go!Had my car for MOT and they lied about my car parts need to be changed so you don?t have the knowledge or skill about car be carful! Special women?s easy target for theme most don?t understand!

Took my X5 for a service late Dec. In January I had an engine management light appear on my dash. Booked it in for them to look at it. I was told it would be £200 just to tell me what was wrong with it, which I thought was a total p1ss take. The error was down to Hardwoods and was a symptom of their poor workmanship and never had to pay the £200 because it was their fault.They couldn't fit an air filter properly lol.They didn't charge me but the situation caused my wife and I to cancel a long weekend in Devon, as we didn't want to risk further damage, and also a day's work, which isn't cheap. I got an apology and the vehicle got a clean. Wasn't impressed at all and will be looking at other BMW franchises next time I need a service.

Have taken my MINI here twice in the last few weeks, one of them was unplanned because of a minor issue that had arisen.On both occasions Harwoods were friendly and professional and on the impromptu visit I was impressed that they were able to sort out the issue so quickly.Thanks go to Darren and Rob in particular for going above and beyond expectations. I?ll definitely bring my MINI back to them again.

Huge shout out and thank you to Chloe at Harwoods! My car had to be recovered to Harwoods after another local garage negligently damaged it; Chloe took fantastic care of me throughout the entire process of getting my car examined and repaired. I visited today to arrange a service contract for my BMW purchased elsewhere yesterday. I had no appointment but Leo looked after me, sorted a service schedule and then went above and beyond by setting up the app on my phone and some settings on my car all with a smile on his face. Great service.

Having been told by 2 local BMW dealers that an emission warning light could not he checked for FOUR weeks, tried Harwoods in some desperation.Delighted to say I was able to book in within just four days. Fault was identified and repaired with car given free health check and complimentary wash.Thanks to some professional and friendly service from David Winslade my faith in BMW has been restored.
