Apart from the young lady at the cash register, the staff seemed more interested in chatting to one another or deliberately avoiding eye contact, so they were not expected to assist.Dreadful. The place needs serious remedial action.

When I eventually got some attention, one member of staff was excellent, the rest were surly and dissmisive. Stock was limited and the in-store ordering flaky. Gift cards can only be used online so I went home and booked a delivery

If you're not the demographic, you'll feel weird in here. My older person's expectations of customer service was disappointed. I asked a staff member for help finding some shoes and was told "I dunno, can you find another colleague to ask"..... Ohhkayyy. Went to Sports Direct in the end and recieved only a marginally better standard of service.
