Nearly room temperature chicken. Half of the wings had broken bones. Cold, bland chips. Drink had a mouldy aftertaste. Not really sure what happened to this branch but standards have clearly slipped significantly. Quick service, though, even if not particularly friendly.

Best KFC in the world (or at least Basingstoke), employee of the century goes to Joe R, was super helpful. I was struggling to order at the kiosk and he helped lots, even went out of his way to open every single door for me (even the toilet). Would highly recommend Joes KFCWheelchair accessibility: I?m can?t walk after all that great food

Sam and Venora got us our delivery driver after waiting 2 hours to receive one at leisure park and having to cancel. They saved kfc night and we will be forever grateful. Thank you S and V.

while the chicken turned out a bit dry, the staff and atmosphere seemed like they were doing the best they could with the limited staff. at peak periods, they had only two people at the counters.Dietary restrictions: gave all allergens when requested on the back of the tray liners

1st problem is a system problem with the ordering screens. If you change/customise a meal and choose to "make it large" it resets those customisations. So, we ended up with an incorrect drink and regular burger when we thought we ordered a plain burger.The staff did change this without issue however the time it took meant the already lukewarm food was even colder. Also the chicken in the burgers and the regular piece of chicken were dry and the coating wasn't crispy. It was like they'd been on the warming plate too long.Overall, not very nice food, disappointing experience, not up to the standard of other KFC's locally

Waited a long time to be served when my order arrived the chicken was over cooked more like burnt the chips very spicy and salty, ask for ketchup was ignored by the cashier then when she finally acknowledged me she said they didn't have

Do not go if disabled. Lift out of order for what seems like forever! No downstairs seating! No help from staff whatsoever in getting food upstairs for me as I use two crutches!

If you are hungry then do not order from here as you will be dead from starvation by the time it gets to you. I am writing this as i still wait for my food to be delivered. It is 1 hour and 20 mins after i ordered it. The estimated delivery time has changed twice since placing the order and it is now well past the last updated delivery time given to me. Apparently the driver has been waiting to pick up my order for over an hour now.Appalling service, awful updates and you cant even call and find out whats happening because nobody answers the phone - I wonder why!!!!EDIT: The food never did arrive and my account was debited with the amount. Luckily I had already lodged a complaint with Just Eat and demanded a refund which I did get. Still no apology though or anything in the form of compensation for my inconvenience and their incompetence.

Went to kfc in Basingstoke town centre with my other half she got served a chicken burger which was raw and pink. I went down to complain and they said it was the hot sauce, I pointed out saying the hot sauce is orange and the chicken itself was pink. I asked for a refund but refused to give me one. I even asked for a refund on just the chicken burger and not the meal itself they still wouldn?t budge. I told them I will not be coming here again as raw chicken can cause serious damage and salmonella. I explained this to them and I got shrugged shoulders like they didn?t care
