It was absolutely amazing experience. Now I know why is it flourishing while other banks are closing their branches. It is probably the friendliest bank you can find,at least here at Basingstoke. Why? Ok, let me explain.

Amazing customer service with humans not robots. Incredible to see in this day and age where most other banks are, if not closing their doors, replacing humans with slow, out dated infuriating machines.
If you think customer service is bad here, I suggest you go visit Barclays at top of town!!!

Went in on a Friday evening at 6:30 to see about opening an account as it had been recommended to us. Two customers in the place (including us) and 5 staff. Were told it would be an hour and half wait until we could be seen. There is no point in being open until 8 if your customers won't be seen until after closing time. Customer lost.

The worst it could possibly be. I have never used the cash machine previously. The machine accepted my card told me to take my cash but did not dispense it. I went straight into the bank to be told that sometimes that happens and there was nothing they could do until Tuesday 2nd May. The Manager relayed this to an assistant whilst I was standing in the bank. I am a pensioner £20 is a lot to me. My advice beware using this banks cash machines.
