Ordered in 5 waist coats on the 22nd of july for our wedding on the 9th of september.Told it would be fine and lots of time for them to come in. Called the 19th of august to follow up, as we hadnt had an update yet. No one had any idea of the order but reassured us that they had new stock and would reorder it. Called the 25 th of august this time they said they hadnt arrived but knew about the order.Called the 31st of august and once again no one had any idea about the order. Went into the shop friday the 1st of september to follow up as to what is going on and was told again no idea about the order but was trying to get this sorted and would try send it to the sailsbury branch but may mean we need to pick it up closer to the wedding.Was told that the manager would call us on the 2nd of september to follow up and actually give us some idea as to what is going on and if we will actually be getting these waist coats was told we would hear from him by 5.30pm yesterday. Asked if i needed to go elsewhere and was told it wouldnt hurt to have a backup!Of course no one called. We were told that he would be on holiday after this weekend too so we wont be hearing from him either.Unable to get through to complaints department in head office no one picks up.Because we were reassured each time that they would be in its not given us any time to actually go to another store to properly look at what would be a good alternative.The total disregard from the whole team and pushing the blame onto someone else is just immature and not professional.I wouldnt recommend anyone come here for anything that needs ordering in. If you can get it straight off the rail you will be fine, but dont try ordering things in as this will just never appear. So if you can avoid this branch then i would.If i was told sooner that they wouldnt be in, in time that would of been fine.But still leading us on to believe they would be in a week before our wedding is disgusting. Thanks for the uneccessary stress.

George was super helpful. Couldn?t recommend him as a sales assistant more. Super comfortable to speak to and down to earth, not pushing you to buy more or higher end products. Went above and beyond.

Paid for the fitting service for four of us for a wedding party (the others were up North) to find that none of the suits fitted. Trousers far too small, agreed for replacements to be delivered on Wednesday as we were travelling up North to the wedding on the Thursday. Arrived to collect to be told that the date had been changed to the Thursday when we would be travelling, but agreed that the suits would be delivered to the Trafford centre store so we could collect on the way. Thursday arrives and we receive a call to say they are ready to collect in Basingstoke! Huge delays to our 250 mile journey up North for the wedding, trousers ultimately still far too small. Incredibly frustrated at the lack of service, misleading dates and poor measurements - what is the point of paying for a measurement service when they are ALL wrong?Avoid at all costs, added significant stress and pressure to what was already a stressful time.

Went to the store yesterday looking for three suits one fitted for an unexpected funeral and two tailored wedding suits in a few month's time, i will admit I was in very casual wear ie smart tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt. lady covering the store first couldn't find a tape measure, wanted so let me try a suit on by eye, fitted fine for the needed situation but wasn't interested at all in tailoring two more suits and moved straight onto the next customer, will go elsewhere. Was looking at a 1-2k budget so Moss you missed out because of your judgmental staff!

Robert assisted me in selecting a suit by making accessory suggestions and assisting with fitting. I loved a suit but wanted to check out other places in case there was something else, so I notified him. After checking out other stores, I returned to Moss Bros to try on some other suits in various sizes (assisted by Robert). After about an hour of mixing and matching suits, I selected my perfect one and bought it right away. Robert was really patient with me and seemed to be interested in my needs, which was great to see. I cannot recommend Robert or this store highly enough; there is a fantastic assortment of suits, wonderful service, and incredible quality.The reason for four stars rather than five is the expense of the products; although the quality appears to be excellent, I spent £350 on one suit with a tie and socks but no shirt purchased. That being said, if I need another suit and am willing to pay more for higher quality, I will definitely return to this store.

Really good quality suits and accessories. However the staff need better training as I was overcharged by £20 and then they were unable to refund it.

As the owner of a middle-aged Dad bod and in need of a dinner suit (that fits) in a hurry! Rob served me, had me trying on jackets and trousers for fit and offered recommendations and within 3 days it arrived, great service, helpful and not patronising. Very impressed, I'll be back for a custom fit suit in spring that's for sure.

On Bank Holiday Monday, my husband and I popped in to the Basingstoke branch to be met with a lovely lady (covering for that day) who helped my husband find some shirts. One shirt was hard to find (3 in the Country). She left a message for the regular staff to follow up the next day.Next day we came back to pick up what we had ordered, minus the hard to find shirt. The member of staff by the till seemed apathetic at best. In regards to telephoning three shops, we were told he "will do it sometime this week."Five days later, my husband telephoned the shop, no news (surprise surprise!). We visited a concession stand in Camp Hopson Newbury, who were extremely helpful and suggested that we try Next. We tried his suggestion and ordered online and we got the particular shirt the next day.Lesson learnt- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SHOP. If you need a shirt, try the Camp Hopson concession stand or use Next.

Visited store to look for a few new shirts. I asked a member of staff if he could give me some advice and he curtly asked if I?d made an appointment. I said no and he said he couldn?t help me. V poor service if you can?t just walk in to a Moss Bros high street store and expect some help.

Don't bother using for suit hire. Shocking service.Used them for wedding suit hire and they didn't order our best mans suit despite being asked to, and we only found out 4 days before the wedding.They did not seem to care and did not help resolve the situation, despite it being their fault. They also blamed their system and said it was too close to our wedding for it to register (bizarre excuse), despite being ordered some time ago.We're now left with mismatched suits for the wedding day.Don't give yourself the stress, avoid.
