We visited the Basingstoke patisserie Valerie on a busy weekend morning, we did have a little wait for our food, but the staff were lovely, the food was worth the wait and our little girl loved her babyccino so all in all,very happy! We will visit again!! Thank you! ??

Terrible waited over 45 mins to get served came out with 3 wrong orders not ours we counted 20 people sat down and left after cos they weren't getting served or they waited to long for there food never again told the manger about our experience and was told we understand. The food was small very expensive not worth...

Reasonably quick service, order via app or with staff, cakes and pastries good but brunch menu a little dull. Sweet potato skillet was just bland, poached eggs on avocado much
