This store has had a complete makeover this year. At first it was hard to get used to but what they have done last week in the clothes area is amazing. It flows very well much better than before.

I am sorry to say I can?t really recommend Sainsbury?s at the moment. The queuing system is good but once you are inside there is no system. It is a total free for all. I went at lunch time today. Once inside I sanitised my hands and I went to go to the right to start shopping and three or four other people just cut across me coming in and not looking out for any one else. You have to be alert to other people just barging across you , cutting in front of you. It is not a pleasant experience. Sainsbury?s is my nearest supermarket but I am seriously considering going to Tesco at Winnallor Chineham if they don?t sort it out. Come on Sainsbury?s you can do better than this. Have a one way system, at the very least.

Having shopped with Sainsburyâ??s for a number of years, switching to online delivery 4 years ago, the changes Iâ??ve seen in the level of customer service in the past 8 weeks is totally shocking. Ever since the merger with Asda has been announced, Iâ??ve had nothing but issues with my online shopping and delivery. Deliveries not turning up, orders being cancelled at the last minute, with no option for delivery for a further 2 days, and food turning up that goes out of date the nex

I pay for an annual delivery pass, and have done most of our food shopping online with home delivery since three years. I have been trying to find a slot for delivery tomorrow, and there was not one available until Sunday!!! Found that strange, so called Customer Services. The operator liaised with the Kempshott store and was told that home deliveries had been capped...for the next two weeks!!! I asked for the reason and he did not know the reason for it...I feel very let dow
