The leadership of sainsburys think we sheeple are stupid?they also clearly think that we work for free and for them. A vast row of unmanned checkouts? Vast queue to get into the self service (be an unpaid till operator) area? NO BASKET ONLY CHECKOUTS? So clearly I?m heading to customer services, they have a till and no queue. ?Reacting to customer wishes? my rosy red posterior! Contempt for customers on the altar of profits and stuff the customer is more like it. What to do? Dunno, but every little kick adds up! Sort it out

Love the fresh Japanese sushi delicatessen, very good service and dishes can be made straight away for you also so tasteful the only down side is the cost way over priced so I only buy now again as a treat The cafe in Sainsbury?s is still shut hopefully it will reopen soon Must say Sainsbury?s shelves are very bare just like before at the beginning of the epidermic what?s going on as other big supermarket chains are not facing these issues, I have shopped here just over 3 years and I must say this shop has gone down hill and staff at times are not happy or friendly

Dreadful place! Shelves bereft of basic stuff again. Full of in store pickers moaning about lack of products but taking up all the aisle space foing so. No sign of any 'management' either. There's a Lidl over the road and that's where I'm going.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to Luke KEMPSHOTT I lost my car key inside the store and had a whole trolley of food and a 15 month old toddler screaming at me and didn?t know what to do Luke kindly came over to me watched my car for me so that I could calmly walk round the store and re traced my steps and movement because of that I managed to locate my key! Thank you so much Luke you honestly really helped me in a very stressful situation I was due to pick up my other child from nursery an hour later and was really panicking superb customer service and thank you so so much brilliant and kind employee and I hope that?s recognised thanks so much Lucy
