The pharmacy department requires massive improvement service.I handed my prescription week ago but when I went back to collect it wasn?t ready for collection, even some of medicines wasn?t available.This is not the first time it happened .While waiting for my medication to collect 2 other elderly person who has been with them for long term was also complaining the same problem their medication was not in time and not ready for collectionOtherwise you going to lose customers .

Absolutely terrible staff. We're in our 40's and visited for a delicate problem caused by an oversite after a drink. Staff were rude and very judgmental to the point of reducing missus almost to tears. Then she lied about the requirements and application of the remedy. Given that the advice around the product sounded like scare tactics, we researched the remedy at home only to find what she told us was all complete rubbish. Vendor of the product and other online pharmacists advised the opposite of what she had said. Don't visit here if you are in a bind. They are awful.

Went today for some painkillers as advised by my Dr, waited for 5 minutes before an assistant came over. Asked for the advised tablets and asked if i had taken them before, i said yes and was given the usual lecture of don't take for more than 3 days etcNow i don't have an issue being told this but i do have an issue with being spoken to like a 5 year old and to top it off the assistant couldn't even say thankyou just slammed the receipt down on the counter, no smile nothing just a scowlNow if you don't like your job leave or turn that frown upside down as you come across as arrogant, rude and condescending.Wont ever be going back here

Regularly turn up late to open..some staff seem miserable and disrespectful ( especially the one with pink hair and dms..never ever smiles..or says thank you..plenty of other jobs out there lady just sayin.)Hit and miss service but that?s what happens when the pharmacy is in effect a franchise ..not good enough!

I am only an 18 year old girl. I visited the pharmacy for a female health issue, the first time I have dealt with this problem. I visited the pharmacy for some advice and to buy products to help. I first spoke to a man who walked away from me without saying a word upon hearing my problem and got his female colleague. I thought this was quite unprofessional and made me feel a little ashamed about my issue. Pharmacists should be informed and understanding of every issue for every gender and all ages.

Amazing service today - after going to several pharmacies who all said they couldn?t get hold of my prescription as it wasn?t available- the staff member called the supplier direct and ordered my medication for the next day despite everyone else telling me it was impossible. ??

The people who work here are very rude, I would recommend going elsewhere and getting prescriptions sent somewhere you will be treated with kindness instead of having prescriptions snatched out of your hands and being talked to rudely. They failed to even care about the fact that they were doing this to a pregnant person. Really shocking behaviour.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. One star because I can't give ZERO After three months I quitted trying to get my contact lenses prescription. First appointment was confirmed by text message the evening before the appointment, but when I went there apparently there was a problem and they didn't have my number or mail to contact me. The appointment was rescheduled as these things ''could happen to anyone''. Then I had my eyes tested. The optician was really good and professional. The lenses for my prescription were not available so I had to wait a week. After two weeks I had to call to ask what happened and apparently had just arrived and I was told I can go anytime during Saturday. I asked specifically if an optician will be there as they had made clear that only opticians do that. I went there but apparently no opticians after 1:00p.m (if I remember correctly). So I had to go back after a week and have them fitted which went alright. Another optician was there who was again really professional and helpful. I was told I have to come back after a week to check how my eyes are reacting when I wear lenses for long hours and I was given an appointment after a week. This appointment of course didn't happen but this time they called me to cancel it. That was the last drop. I went there I asked for a refund and this was the first time that someone apologised!! from the stuff and they promised that I will get my prescription via email when the optician is back since I was going on holiday and by the time I would be back I would have been wearing the lenses for about a month. Guess what? I never got the prescription but I couldn't be bothered even to go and ask back for my money. I will just know better next time.

Overpriced fruit and veg at the low quality end of the scale. Generally the fruit has been frozen for transport, making it tasteless by the time you eat it. The mangoes for example are normally rotten by the time the ripen. The 2 for 1 deals are generally pointless. Staff are really friendly and helpful on the plus side.

The staff at this store when loading the marked down goods in the mark down section have a very bad attitude perhaps they are jealous of the savings customers are able to have if they are lucky enough to be in the store at the right time. I was there with my daugther yesterday and was very shocked to see the female staff worker stacking the marked down section with such agression. She was throwing the packets of food on to the shelf and clearing was not pleased to be doing the job. Of course customers are going to be keen to pick up bargins any may well get in her way but the attitude was complete rudeness and my 6 year old daughter even noticed how agressively she through the items onto the sheves looking at me to say what is her problem. I suggest they mark down the items in the warehouse and bring them out on shelves ready to load on to the selling shelves !!
