I want to say that both Lili & Aurelia were amazing today.Customer engagement was fantastic, and knowledge of scents and perfumes were fantastic.So helpful and so well mannered and a great example of how engagement should be.I spent over £200 today and only went in for one item and left with 4 items.Aurelia even filled my atomiser with a scent of her choice that would suit me. I?ve never worn Pravda before, but will now.Thank you ladies! Great job! And we?ll done for representing The Perfume Shop with excellence.
