Fantastic customer service, every time

Staff in this store are rude, unpleasant.and patronising. Had a young man treat me with contempt for asking what would be the best price monthly for a S23 Samsung. I would never use or approach this store again they need ro remove staff who clearly think their job is to be rude to customers. I went to a nextbdoor phone shop was treated so much better and bought a phone. They should close this outlet of 3.

Hopeless place with staff who don't know how todealwithcustomercomplaints. They have been unable to solve my problem for a month, after they changed my number without my permission. Store manager Nick who calculated that the matter would be resolved within 48 hours, promised to personally inform us by phone, of course he did not call.A store assistant named Tara informed me, that she don't know what is going on in this case because she didn't get a handover from store staff, and that it's the manager's fault because he can't get things done for the customer. They should shut down this store or retrain the staff. The only staff member who really tried to help is Daniel ( I hope I remember his name correctly) he raised complaint in this case and spent whole day on the line with customer service.

Phenomenal customer service received here yesterday, Store Manager Nik went above and beyond. I first arrived in a heightened state of emotion and agitation, after having a bad experience at a different branch. Despite initially not being an easy customer to deal with, I was calmly invited to sit down and have a chat with Nik, to find out what had happened and what assistance I needed. He was able to defuse the situation and turn my whole experience around. He met me with kindness, patience and understanding and assisted me with a sim-swap, and also setting up a new phone at an incredible price, after my original phone was stolen. He also gave me confirmation and peace of mind that my old phone was successfully blacklisted and unusable to whoever had stolen it. I entered this store ready to end my contract with Three after 8 years of loyalty and find myself a new provider, however Nik has completely changed my experience and I will be returning to the Basingstoke branch in future.

Very pleased with the service I received at 3 in Festival Place, Basingstoke. Bought my Mobile Broadband on Monday and both Nik and Jerin were really helpful, professional and friendly. Would recommend to everyone.

23rd MayI cannot empathise enough how grateful I am to Nik and his team.Whilst my girlfriend and I were celebrating her birthday in Bournemouth her phone was unfortunately stolen.(22nd)When we arrived at the Basingstoke branch, she was feeling frustrated and upset due to the terrible experience we had at the Bournemouth branch while trying to report the stolen phone and have it blacklisted.Our disappointment and frustration with Three's handling of the situation were at an all-time high.However, Nik handled the situation with incredible grace and invited us to sit down and talk. He genuinely wanted to understand what had happened and how he could assist us. Understandably, my girlfriend was feeling extremely low and stressed, having her phone stolen on her birthday and losing valuable photos of our beloved pet, whom we sadly lost around this same time last year.While the device itself can be easily replaced, the contents held significant sentimental value, which unfortunately couldn't be recovered due to a lack of cloud backups on her old stolen phone.Despite this, Nik managed to calm her down and completely turned the entire experience around. Throughout our conversation, Nik demonstrated kindness, patience, and understanding. He not only helped us with a replacement SIM card but also offered her a new phone at an amazing price. He guided us on potential ways to recover the lost photos and videos through Google (we couldn't retrieve them due to the absence of cloud backups), but we truly appreciated his efforts. He then took the time to reassure us that the stolen phone had been blacklisted and rendered useless to whoever took it, which had been a major concern for my girlfriend and the primary reason we visited the Bournemouth branch where we received poor service.We had initially walked into the store fully prepared to terminate my girlfriend's contract with Three after she has been a loyal customer of 8 years.However, thanks to Nik, we both left the store with smiles on our faces, and my girlfriend was able to enjoy the remainder of her birthday weekend.Thank you again Nik for you kindness and support.

The staff are okay the manager is unpleasant and helpful and borderline passive aggressive. I?ve never experienced such a poor manager before who is supposed to fly three flag with pride, however he doesn?t.

Nik the manager spent the time with me helping set up my new phone as my old phone was not working properly he managed to get it working so he could transfer my precious memories over he was very patient would highly recommend

Going into all the phone stores in festival place to join a contract for my first iPhone. Corey in Three was especially helpful and understanding of my special needs of understanding and needing things repeated and explained in a certain way to help me understand. He took me through every step of the way to helping me choose the right contract for me and the right phone.Thank you Corey.
